Propose the total investment of the engineering and coordinate the expenses of each stage and each single engineering with the progress of the image; depend on the group advantage in purchase and provide related support on price information based on the demand of owners; and control the change of final investment target in the established budget target.
Determine the control targets of major construction points, formulate overall construction planning schedule of the countdown to completion of the engineering putting into service and strictly implement plan progress management based on the owner’s progress target to realize the strategic target that the engineering can be completed and put into service smoothly as scheduled.
Be responsible for examining technical standard, plan design and construction drawing design, requiring the design unit to correct and improve the errors and contradictions in the design and reporting major design problems to owners for their reference and decision-making.。
Report comprehensive evaluation and analysis report in engineering progress, investment, quality and other aspects to owners based on the engineering progress, and analyze major problems and provide suggestions and plans for owners to make decisions.
Be responsible for inspecting and verifying the engineering regularly and irregularly, organize the rectification of quality problems timely and strictly control quality to ensure that the engineering quality realizes regulated control target in the contract.
Be responsible for coordinating the supervisor to formulate debugging outline of the engineering and organize and carry out the single debugging, coordinated debugging and overall debugging of all systems. Assist owners to organize representatives of supervision, monitoring unit, quality supervision, contractor and other departments to constitute the inspection and acceptance group to inspect and accept the engineering when it has corresponding conditions.
It has formed a set of specialized procedure management system during the hotel preparation and construction process for so many years, such as Hotel Management Manual, Hotel Engineering Construction and Investment Control Procedure, Internal Joint Meeting Management System of Construction Drawing, Working System of Hotel Engineering Quality Supervision Group, On-site Engineering Management Regulation, Bidding Management System and Management System of Materials Provided by Party A, and pretty good results are gotten in the real operation process. It will further optimize various procedures based on the real conditions to ensure that engineering can achieve the engineering management control target required by the owner.
